Our products should be stored safely in a fridge or a cool dry place and consumed within 1 month of purchase.

Due to the nature of our perishable products, we do not offer returns or refunds.

Keimoes Padstal (Pty) Ltd does not provide any warranties or guarantees on its products beyond the stated product shelf life.
8. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their orders by sending an email to online@keimoespadstal.com.
9. Payment
We currently accept EFT payments only. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.
10. Shipping
- Weight-Based Shipping: We offer weight-based shipping through Pudo / Courier Guy. Shipping costs will be calculated automatically during the checkout process.
- Customer Arrangements: Customers may choose to collect their orders in-store or arrange their own courier for delivery. Please provide sufficient information in the order comments section to facilitate the collection or delivery.
- Free Delivery to Upington: Free delivery is available for customers residing in Upington. We will contact you to arrange a convenient delivery time.
11. Liability
Keimoes Padstal (Pty) Ltd complies with all relevant food safety regulations. However, we are not liable for any adverse reactions that may occur as a result of consuming our products.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation.
